Good Morning from Sawrey, we had a light shower about an hour ago but the day looks set to be filled with blue skies and sunshine :0)

Picked up some gorgeous local new potatoes yesterday, just a quick rub off of the muck and they taste scrumdiddlyumptious!

I have found a great website for a course on learning how to smoke food in cumbria! I love smoked food but was really disappointed when I found out that a lot of smoked food has not been near a smoke house and the smoky flavour is sprayed on some foods!
